01 About TailMates

TailMates is a pet care platform operated by TR Tech that connects pet owners with veterinary clinics, groomers, trainers, pet products, and other pet-related services. TailMates facilitates bookings and payments but service delivery is performed by independent partners unless stated otherwise.

02 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• One account per person; sharing login credentials is not permitted

03 Services and bookings

• Vet appointments, grooming, training, store orders, and Play Dates are subject to partner availability
• Displayed prices, slots, and service details may change without prior notice
• Confirmation depends on successful payment and partner acceptance where applicable
• You must provide accurate pet and contact information for bookings

04 Payments and refunds

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• All fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction
• Refund eligibility depends on the service type, cancellation timing, and partner policy
• Contact hello@tailmates.in for billing disputes within 7 days of the transaction

05 User conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
• Harass other users, partners, or TailMates staff
• Misuse Play Dates or public pet profiles for non-pet-related purposes
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights

06 Play Dates and user content

• Play Date features are for connecting pet owners for supervised pet meetups only
• You are solely responsible for pet profiles, photos, and messages you share
• TailMates may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms

07 Health records

Health records you upload remain your responsibility. TailMates provides storage and sharing tools but does not provide veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.

08 Limitation of liability

TailMates is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. TR Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, third-party services, or interactions between users. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to TailMates for the relevant service in the preceding 3 months.

09 Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable law. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting hello@tailmates.in.

10 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. See our Privacy Policy for data handling practices.
