01 Our platform

TailMates helps pet owners book vet care, grooming, training, and connect pets for supervised playdates. The app is intended for adults aged 18 and above who are pet owners or caregivers.

02 Zero tolerance

We prohibit any content, behaviour, or communication involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. Violating accounts are suspended or permanently removed without notice.

03 Prevention practices

• Mobile number verification for account creation
• Admin review of reported content and accounts
• Moderation of Play Date requests and public pet profiles
• Immediate removal of violating content upon detection or report
• Minors cannot create accounts or use social features

04 Compliance

• We comply with applicable child safety laws and Google Play child safety standards
• Valid reports are reviewed within 24-48 hours
• We cooperate with law enforcement and report to relevant authorities including NCMEC where applicable
